Easter IV – Year C

Acts 9:36-43; Psalm 23; Revelation 7:9-17; John 10:22-30

Rev. Dr. Tim Connor

“The Lord is my Shepherd” opens the most beloved passage in the Bible. We take comfort in the image of the Lord God as a caring shepherd who guides and cares for us, a care that is always good and merciful. In John’s gospel Jesus presents himself as the Good Shepherd who protects his flock. As members of the flock we receive a challenge to extend His care to those in need around us, relying on God’s grace working in us and through us.
