The Passion of Jesus

Isaiah 50:4-9a;  Psalm 31:9-16;  Philippians 2:5-11;  Matthew 26:14-27:66

Rev. Dr. Tim Connor

During Holy Week we come face-to-face with the central story that gives meaning to the rest of scripture. Today, we read together Matthew’s account of  Jesus last supper with the disciples, his arrest, trial and crucifixion. We are a people of the story of the cross and the empty tomb; our task as disciples is to become the story we tell.
